Growth Strategy
The 90-Day Plan We Run With Every New Client
A look inside the first quarter of a Growthio engagement — what we do each fortnight, and what we deliberately leave alone.

Introduction
Every engagement we run follows the same shape for the first ninety days. Not because growth is formulaic, but because the order of operations decides whether month four is a scale-up or a restart.
1. Weeks 1–2: Diagnose Before Touching Anything
Funnel data, customer conversations, sales call recordings, and the last two quarters of spend. No campaigns launch during this period. It is the least popular fortnight and the one that determines everything after it.
2. Weeks 3–6: Fix The Constraint, Not The Whole Funnel
There is always one binding constraint — a positioning gap, a broken handoff, a page that loses two-thirds of its visitors. We fix that alone. Improving five things at once means learning nothing from any of them.
3. Weeks 7–10: Scale What Survived The Test
Only now does spend increase, and only on the channels and messages that held up under measurement. Scaling an unproven message is how budgets disappear without a lesson attached.
4. Weeks 11–13: Hand Over The Operating Rhythm
A weekly number, an owner for each stage, and a review your team can run without us in the room. If the programme only works while we are on the call, we have built the wrong thing.
Final Thought
Ninety days is not enough to finish the work. It is enough to know exactly which work is worth continuing.
