Terms of Service

(last update)

These terms govern the use of growthio.com and, unless a signed statement of work says otherwise, every engagement we take on. Please read section 6 carefully, because it sets out what we can and cannot promise about results.

1. What We Do

Growthio provides growth strategy, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and analytics and reporting. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for your engagement live in your proposal or statement of work, and that document takes precedence wherever it conflicts with these terms.

2. Proposals And Statements Of Work

A proposal is an estimate, not a contract. Work begins once both parties have signed a statement of work and the first invoice has been settled. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.

3. Fees, Invoicing And Media Spend

Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance and are payable within fourteen days. Media spend is separate from our fees and is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms unless your statement of work says otherwise. We may pause work on accounts that are more than thirty days overdue.

4. What We Need From You

  • Timely access to advertising, analytics, email and CRM accounts

  • Brand assets, product information and any required disclaimers

  • A single named approver, and decisions within the agreed review window

  • Accurate claims about your product, which remain your responsibility

Programmes stall when access or approvals are slow, and timelines shift accordingly.

5. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other’s commercial information confidential, and uses it only to deliver the engagement. This survives the end of our working relationship.

6. Forecasts And Results

Any forecast we provide is an informed estimate based on the data available at the time. Advertising platforms change their algorithms and policies, competitors change their bids, and markets move, all of which sit outside our control. We commit to the strategy, the execution and the reporting; we do not guarantee a specific level of pipeline, revenue or return.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our work depends on platforms we do not own or control. Outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or an account suspension imposed by a platform are not within our responsibility, though we will always help you resolve them.

8. Ownership Of Work

Once your invoices are settled, you own the final approved deliverables we produced for you: campaign creative, landing page copy, and reporting built for your business. We keep ownership of the methods, frameworks, templates and internal tooling we bring to every engagement. We may reference your results in anonymised form in our own case studies unless you tell us in writing not to.

9. Ending An Engagement

Either party may end a retainer with thirty days’ written notice. Fees for work already performed remain payable, and we will hand over account access, documentation and reporting in a usable state.

10. Limitation Of Liability

Our total liability for any claim connected to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost opportunity.

11. Changes To These Terms

We may revise these terms, and the current version always sits on this page. Continuing to work with us after a revision means you accept it.
