Privacy Policy

(last update)

Growthio is a growth marketing agency. This policy explains what we do with personal data on growthio.com, when you get in touch, and when we run growth programmes for the brands we work with.

1. Who This Policy Covers

It covers visitors to our website, people who contact us about working together, and the named contacts at client companies who work with us day to day. Where we handle data inside a client’s own advertising, analytics or CRM accounts, section 6 applies instead.

2. What We Collect

Information you give us: your name, work email, company, and whatever you tell us about your growth targets when you fill in a form, book a call, or subscribe to our newsletter.

Information we collect automatically: IP address, device and browser type, referring source, and the pages you view. We use this to understand which of our own channels actually bring in enquiries.

3. How We Use It

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal

  • To run, measure and report on campaigns for clients

  • To send growth insights, if you asked us to

  • To understand which marketing channels work for our own business

  • To meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations

4. Analytics And Advertising Cookies

We are a marketing agency, so we practise what we sell. Our site uses analytics cookies to measure traffic and conversion, and advertising cookies that let us measure ad performance and show relevant ads to people who have visited us. You can refuse non-essential cookies through the banner or your browser settings, and the site will still work.

5. Who We Share Data With

We share data with the platforms and tools that make our work possible: advertising networks, analytics providers, email and CRM systems, and our accountants and legal advisers. Each is bound by contract to use the data only as instructed. We do not sell personal data, and we never share client performance data with a client’s competitors.

6. Data Inside Client Accounts

When we work in a client’s advertising, analytics, email or CRM accounts, the client decides what is collected and why. In that arrangement the client is the data controller and Growthio acts as a processor, working only on their documented instructions. If you are a customer of one of our clients, their privacy policy governs your data, not this one.

7. How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after twenty-four months. Records tied to a live or past engagement are kept for the length of the engagement and for seven years afterwards, because tax law requires it. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

8. Your Rights

  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you

  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate

  • Ask us to delete it, where we have no legal reason to keep it

  • Object to direct marketing at any time

  • Withdraw consent you previously gave

Email hello@growthio.com and we will respond within thirty days.

9. International Transfers

Some of the platforms we rely on process data outside your country. Where that happens we use providers who offer recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Changes To This Policy

We update this page when our tools or practices change, and the revision date at the top always reflects the current version.
